  • Ensure we are always contactable.
  • Provide a 24-hour maintenance help-line, react to maintenance faults and provide feedback where applicable.
  • Provide tenants with instruction manuals to their new home.
  • Ensure properties are safety-tested as required by Law.
  • Providing copies of gas and electrical safety certificates and energy performance certificates.
  • Provide a custom-made tenancy agreement (where applicable) for you and supporting documents, e.g. guarantee deed and application form.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction throughout the tenancy.
